- <p><strong>Role Summary:</strong><br><br>Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for Corporate Current Account onboarding, including CMS and CIB activation, while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Process Current Account, CMS, and CIB applications daily</p></li><li><p>Coordinate with branches to resolve pending queries</p></li><li><p>Escalate deviations or incorrect practices</p></li><li><p>Prepare and submit daily MIS reports</p></li><li><p>Ensure compliance with KYC, AML, and regulatory guidelines</p></li></ul><p><strong>Key Skills:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Process management and data analysis</p></li><li><p>Knowledge of banking products and regulations</p></li><li><p>Understanding of KYC, AML, FATCA, and compliance norms</p></li><li><p>Good typing and data-entry skills</p></li><li><p>Working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint</p></li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications & Experience:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Any Graduate / Professional Degree</p></li><li><p>5–8 years banking experience (minimum 2 years in operations)</p></li></ul>
