Overview

Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities in the cybersecurity market. Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, networking, referrals, and other sales channels. Understand customer business requirements and cybersecurity challenges. Present and demonstrate cybersecurity products and services to prospective clients. Sell solutions such as Endpoint Security, Network Security, Cloud Security, SIEM, SOC, EDR/XDR, Vulnerability Management, IAM, Email Security, and Security Awareness Training. Prepare quotations, proposals, presentations, and sales documentation. Conduct product demonstrations and coordinate technical discussions with cybersecurity engineers or solution architects. Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation through negotiation, closing, and handover. Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities. Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Maintain accurate customer and sales information in the CRM system. Monitor cybersecurity market trends, competitors, and emerging technologies. Attend customer meetings, conferences, exhibitions, and industry events when required.
