- We are hiring motivated and target-driven individuals for the role of Collections Executive. The primary responsibility is to follow up with customers for outstanding payments and ensure timely collections while maintaining a professional approach. Key Responsibilities: Contact customers via calls to remind and follow up on pending payments Negotiate payment plans and ensure timely collections Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment status Handle customer queries related to payments and dues Meet daily and monthly collection targets Escalate critical cases to the concerned team when required Eligibility Criteria: Qualification: PUC (Pre-University Course) or above Languages: Proficiency in any one regional language (mandatory) Basic communication and negotiation skills Basic computer knowledge Experience: Freshers are welcome Prior experience in collections or customer handling is an advantage Salary & Benefits: Fixed Salary: ₹13,000 CTC Incentives: Attractive performance-based incentives (Up to ₹50,000) Shift Details: Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Week Off: Rotational Skills Required: Strong negotiation and convincing skills Target-oriented mindset Ability to handle pressure and challenging conversations Good interpersonal skills Work Environment: Performance-driven culture with high earning potential through incentives Growth opportunities based on performance
